Heat transfer printing process (stamping), is a special printing process, although it works is very simple, by applying heat and pressure to make pics transfer onto the product. In order to improve product quality, make your product more attractive,we still needs to pay attention to the following points: 

⒈Have a clean working environment 

①To ensure that the machine clean, non-stained with dirt, debris, oil or any other dirt；

②To keep the film clean ,not contaminated with oil, fingerprints, dust, etc.； 
③To keep  the silicon clean.
④To keep the operator hands clean, can not sweat, oil stains or hot items on Flower Films； 
⑤To keep the product which you want to print clean.

⒉Stamping temperature：

it depends on the material of product which you want to print,heat transfer printing film and your local weather temperature, Any of them change,the printing temperature will be needed to change.When you can get the printing perfectly ,the temperature is best fit,neither higher  or lower is better. Usually temperature for heat transfer printing is between 170 ℃ -240 ℃.

⒊Stamping pressure：

Stamping pressure should be adjusted to the best fit too, if the pressure is too high,it is easy to destroy the silicon and products, If the pressure is too low,it will affect the printing effect. When you find the best fit temperture ,pls keep it always the same.

⒋Printing time (speed)：

Transfer time (speed) shall be determined by the product material,according to the printing effect to find the best transfer time, as quickly as you can and if only the printing is perfectly.But some times due to some special limited conditions must slow the printing speed.
